The problem
Frenk4Business began during the COVID period, alongside my work at a potted-plant company. Growing interest in online shopping and diamond painting prompted a closer look at the available products, with opportunities to improve quality and the customer experience.
The approach
Starting around age seventeen, the work gradually expanded from sourcing and product selection to quality improvements, custom packaging and product design. Supplier relationships, branding, customer service and marketplace operations became part of the same process. F4B Diamond Painting and Regalo Rosa give that work two distinct brand identities.

Text description of the infographic
Customer needs inform product and supplier choices. Quality and packaging support sales through webshops and marketplaces. Customer feedback feeds back into the next product decision. Frenk4Business brings together F4B Diamond Painting and Regalo Rosa.
The challenge
A product has to make sense beyond its listing. The specification, packaging, supplier communication and after-sales experience all influence what a customer actually receives.
China, 2024: meeting the people making the products
In 2024 I travelled to China to meet manufacturers and suppliers in person. The trip was part of developing products and relationships: understanding how the products are made and discussing them directly with the people involved.

2026: through 17 September (YTD), not a full year. F4B reporting starts on 31 August 2023; Regalo Rosa starts on 27 December 2024. Accounts added later have shorter reporting periods. Missing views are excluded, not replaced with zero.
Method and exact annual totals
Source: owner-supplied Metricool report of 17 September 2026. Followers use each account’s latest available snapshot within the year; observation dates vary. They are neither new followers that year nor unique people. Views and impressions sum platform measurements, not unique reach. Platform definitions and account coverage change, so year comparisons are indicative. Bluesky has no view figures. The source’s zero TikTok followers for F4B Netherlands/Belgium in 2025 is retained unchanged.

Outcome & value
Two brands, their own webshops and practical experience with Amazon, bol and international operations. The progress is visible in products, channels and the work behind them, rather than financial figures.
Lessons learned
Customer feedback, supplier conversations and operational details are part of product development. Owning that whole process changed how I approach software and data products too.
