A practical starting point
Growing up in a horticultural family in the Westland shaped my interest in the sector. The MSc in Business Information Management at Erasmus University Rotterdam brought that background together with data analysis through research on AI and LED lighting at Tomatoworld.
Alongside my role as Data & Product Specialist at Vivent Biosignals, there is room for e-commerce through Frenk4Business and independent software projects.
What I like working on
How do you turn a measurement into useful information? How do you know whether a model is learning anything meaningful? And how do you build a product someone understands and wants to use? Those questions connect my research, software and business work.
Looking further and learning
Travel offers a way to understand how people work and live in a different setting. Supplier visits in China in 2024 led to beginner Chinese classes at A1.1 level. I enjoy the process of learning something new.
